Between May 9th and July 25th, the Islamic Center of Pittsburgh is hosting the summer term of its MYLA Teen Girls Program! The YA-NE program consists of 2 separate branches: Girls' branch (MYLA) and a Boys' branch. The YA-NE program focuses on strengthening the youth’s foundation in Islamic knowledge and their relationships with each other and develops their leadership skills. In addition to lessons on Islam with weekly halaqas and fun learning activities, YA-NE participants will go on outside-of-the-masjid activity trips to a variety of fun places. This program is for all Muslim teens ages 13 to 19. Girls under 13 years of age who have reached puberty are eligible to join.
